New Delhi, July 24: Five-time world chess champion Viswanathan Anand has said that his focus will be on ensuring continuity and serving the global chess community as he takes on greater responsibilities in chess administration.
Anand emphasised the importance of strengthening the sport’s global ecosystem, supporting players, and maintaining the progress achieved in recent years. He said his priority would be to work in the interest of the entire chess family and contribute towards the continued growth and development of the game worldwide.
