Bengaluru, Karnataka: Bengaluru experienced the world’s first “Walk to the board” event for women by Iron Lady. The event inspired hundreds of women to move towards TOP leadership positions faster and also celebrated the journeys of women who’ve already reached TOP.

As a part of this event, there was a “Board Member Ramp Walk”– where women leaders who have reached TOP positions/roles already – celebrated their accomplishments with others.

Location: St. Joseph’s Indian High School, and Cubbon Park, Bangalore

The event was created to support aspiring women to Fast-Track their journey towards senior leadership roles.

The event also included a Walkathon, networking sessions and powerful learning sessions from some of the top global leaders like Simon Newman, Sridhar Sambandam, Chitra Talwar, Madan Padaki, Rajesh Bhat, and Suvarna Hegde.

Event celebrated the success stories of women leaders and encouraged all women to begin their journey towards reaching the top. 500+ women came together to celebrate, learn, and network with accomplished women leaders and make their roadmap towards fast-track career growth.
