SpazeOne Enters Karnataka, Bengaluru Expansion Set to Add 10 Percent Revenue Growth ,INR 3 crore in Annualised Revenue

Bengaluru, 15 July: SpazeOne, one of South India’s leading managed workspace providers, has expanded its Bengaluru footprint with the launch of a premium managed workspace in Mahadevapura, Whitefield, one of the city’s fastest-growing commercial and technology hubs. Strategically located in the heart of East Bengaluru, the new centre has a capacity of 317 billable seats and has been developed to cater to the growing demand for flexible, enterprise-grade office solutions among startups, SMEs and large corporates.

SpazeOne‘s latest centre is designed to address this shift by offering businesses ready-to-move-in, scalable workspaces supported by comprehensive operational services. The centre is anchored by a 12,500 sq ft common pantry — one of the larger dedicated F&B spaces among managed workspaces in East Bengaluru — along with mini pantries on every floor for quick, everyday access. Beyond dining, the centre houses lounge and activity zones, a dedicated gaming area, a fully equipped gymnasium and training rooms, reflecting SpazeOne‘s focus on holistic workplace experience that extends beyond the desk.

“The launch of our Mahadevapura, Whitefield centre marks an important milestone in SpazeOne‘s growth journey and reinforces our long-term commitment to Bengaluru. Through this new centre, we are offering businesses a future-ready workplace that combines contemporary design, technology-enabled infrastructure and seamless operations. We remain focused on creating high-quality managed office solutions that empower organisations to scale confidently in an evolving world of work.” — James Thomas, Co-Founder and Director – Marketing, SpazeOne

The Mahadevapura centre marks SpazeOne’s entry into Karnataka and takes its overall footprint to 17 centres across five cities in South India, with 10 centres in Kochi, four in Coimbatore, and one each in Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram and Bengaluru. The company expects the Bengaluru expansion to contribute 10% revenue growth for SpazeOne’s overall South India business / INR 3 crore in additional annualised revenue over the next 12 months, as it continues to scale its presence in the city.

“Entering Bengaluru was a natural next step for SpazeOne, and Whitefield stood out for its proximity to IT parks and multinational occupiers. This takes our footprint to 17 centres across five South Indian cities, reflecting our disciplined approach to markets where demand outpaces quality supply. We see strong long-term potential in Bengaluru and expect this to be the first of several centres here.” — Sijo Jose, Co-Founder and Director – Property Acquisition, SpazeOne

Bengaluru continues to lead India’s flexible workspace sector, accounting for close to a third of the country’s total flex office inventory—the largest share of any city in the country. The city remains the top choice for Global Capability Centres (GCCs), enterprise occupiers and technology firms scaling their real estate footprint, with GCCs alone driving a significant share of overall office leasing activity in the region this year. East Bengaluru corridors such as Mahadevapura, ORR and Whitefield have seen particularly strong momentum, supported by robust infrastructure, improved metro connectivity and access to a deep talent pool.
