In continuation to our intimation dated December 23, 2022, we would like to inform you that the Reserve Bank of India vide its letter no. DOR.GOV.No.S1436/29.44.002/2023-24 dated June 15, 2023, has given its approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Vasudevan P N, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank for a period of three years w.e.f. July 23, 2023.
