A major step in the initiation of The much awaited GSTAT has been taken by The GST Council by making the GSTAT Website live from today. More than one lakh cases of taxpayers are now pending post disposal of the first appellate stage in GST, pending the Constitution of GSTAT.
GSTAT is expected to be fully automated with online filing of appeals as well as virtual hearings.
