Apeksha Niranjan, a bharatanatyam dancer from Navi Mumbai, was felicitated by the The Inner Wheel Club of New Bombay Seaside District-314, as a distinguished recipient of the prestigious Shatabdi Sanaskriti Puraskar, as a part of the Panchamrit Puraskar in the Centenary Project as 2023-2024 is their Centenary year. The felicitation ceremony took place on March 28, 2024, in a grand celebration of excellence to recognize individuals who had contributed to society. The InnerWheel Club and Association of India is the world’s largest voluntary women’s organization of Service and friendship. It supports people by providing educational and medical support and donations to the underprivileged.

This was followed by a contemporary performance where she showed how women are being mistreated in society today and asked the society to change its’ ways and respect the integrity and intelligence of women. The felicitation ceremony was followed by a warm fellowship gathering, where members of the Inner Wheel Club had the opportunity to interact with Apeksha Niranjan and congratulate her on this well-deserved honor.
