This clearly indicates the confidence in the real estate sector in the state across segments. We are witnessing a robust demand for premium homes, besides the homes in the price range of 25-50 Lakhs. The buoyancy in demand is likely to continue with a stable government under the dynamic leadership of Honorable Chief Minister Sri Revanth Reddy, who has a clear vision for the sustainable development of the city and the state. We can get the glimpses of his vision through The Mega Master Plan 2050 announced by Hon’ble CM, that promises a transformative dispersed development of the state across urban, semi-urban, and rural sectors ensuring widespread development. The plan on the drawing board for a unified greater city corporation with inclusion of seven municipal corporations and 30 municipalities within HMDA, when implemented will provide a major impetus to growth and infrastructure development facilitating massive growth across the city. The proposed ‘Musi Corridor’ will also elevate the tourist appeal of the city and create avenues for employment. With his efforts, the Hon’ble CM has managed the defense ministry approval to build 2 elevated corridor projects to ease traffic congestion in Secundrabad, JBS route and encourage rapid development of this region. Several other initiatives are on the anvil to improve the infrastructure and quality of life of people in the city.
