New Delhi, 3 October 2025 – Entrepreneur and wellness advocate Gagan Dhawan is set to launch his much-awaited second book, The New Me 2.0, following the success of his debut The New Me (2022). The first book offered readers a knowledge-rich, practical guide to health and self-growth and was widely appreciated for its actionable approach. It also earned the prestigious International Book of Honour at the House of Lords (British Parliament), UK in 2023.

With The New Me 2.0, Dhawan takes a different path, this time turning inward and narrating his own story. Rather than simply sharing tools and frameworks, the sequel reveals how his personal journey unfolded the challenges he faced, the setbacks that shook him, and the methods he used to overcome them.

“When I wrote The New Me in 2022, it was about sharing the knowledge I had gathered.
