A Memoir that Breaks Silence

In Finding Order in Disorder, Chopra courageously opens up about her lived experiences with bipolar disorder, trauma, and resilience. Interlaced with reflections on healing, therapy, dance, and self-discovery, the book is not just a memoir but also an exploration of identity, survival, and emotional recovery.

Speaking about the recognition, Ishaa Vinod Chopra said, “This award is both humbling and empowering. I wrote this book to tell my truth, but also to reassure others that they are not alone in their struggles. Healing is not linear, but with courage and compassion, order can indeed be found in the midst of disorder.”

It bravely addresses mental health, stigma, and survival, while offering readers hope and empathy. We are proud to have published a book that is both deeply personal and universally
