The eight-week ‘Get Into’ programme equips participants with critical life, employability, and sector-specific skills, followed by direct placements with leading employers across the BFSI, Retail, and IT-ITeS sectors. Since its inception in India, the programme has trained over 17,800 youth nationwide, with 50 % women participation, and achieved a 70% job placement rate in entry-level roles such as Customer Support Executive, Relationship Officer, Process Associate, and Digital Marketing Executive.

The Magic Bus–KTI partnership, represents one of India’s most successful global development collaborations in youth skilling. With a strong emphasis on employer engagement, gender inclusion, and sustainability, the programme now runs across Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.

The ‘Get Into’ curriculum continues to evolve, now integrating green and climate-conscious modules, digital skills, and three months of post-placement support to help youth build sustainable careers. Trainers receive structured capacity-building, while alumni networks provide ongoing mentorship and peer learning. By equipping young people with the skills and confidence to make informed career and life choices, the initiative empowers them to support their families, break the cycle of poverty, and become role models within their communities.

At The King’s Trust International’s (KTI) 10th anniversary celebration held at St James’s Palace in London, Jayant Rastogi, Global CEO of Magic Bus India Foundation, joined a reception with supporters of the Trust and met His Majesty King Charles III, the royal patron of KTI, to reaffirm their shared commitment to empowering youth through skills, opportunity, and confidence.
