Mumbai, Sep 09: NextGen Wing of NAREDCO Maharashtra entered a new phase of leadership with Raunak Bandelkar taking over as President from Vikas Jain, with Maharashtra Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis witnessing the change of guard on the sidelines of the 6th Real Estate & Infrastructure Investors’ Summit 2026 in Mumbai.
The transition marks another step in NAREDCO Maharashtra’s efforts to strengthen its NextGen platform and create opportunities for emerging industry leaders to contribute to the future of Maharashtra’s real estate sector. Bandelkar will build on the foundation laid by Jain while taking the initiative into its next phase of growth and engagement.

Reflecting on his tenure, Vikas Jain, Outgoing President, NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen said,

Initiatives such as Excelerate have helped build that foundation and create stronger engagement among the next generation. Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis acknowledged Vikas Jain for his valuable contribution and work towards advancing NextGen’s initiatives and congratulated Raunak Bandelkar on taking over as the incoming President.
