GJC and SGL Sign Strategic MoU for SGL Pavilion at GJS Diwali edition, scheduled from 2nd to 4th October 2026 at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.

Mumbai, 21st July: All India Gem and Jewellery Domestic Council (GJC) has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SGL (Solitaire Gemmological Laboratories) for the establishment of the SGL Pavilion comprising of 40 booths at the India Gem & Jewellery Show (GJS), scheduled from 2–4 October 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. The collaboration aims to strengthen industry engagement while creating a dedicated platform showcasing excellence in gemmological certification, innovation, and trust within the jewellery ecosystem.

The MoU was signed between Mr. Saiyam Mehra, Convener – GJS & IPC, and Mr. Chirag Soni, Co-Founder & Director, SGL, in the presence of Mr. Avinash Gupta, Vice Chairman, GJC, Mr. Mitesh Dhorda, National Secretary, GJC, and Mr. Rahul Vasani, Business Development Manager – Dubai, SGL.

The dedicated SGL Pavilion comprising 40 booths including experiential zone of SGL will provide exhibitors and visitors with an exclusive platform to engage with the latest advancements in gemmological services, certification technologies, and quality assurance, reinforcing confidence and transparency across the jewellery value chain. GJC and SGL thanks Mr. Anil Prabhakar – Salesman Turned Storyteller for felicitating this deal and coordinating on behalf of GJC and SGL to initiate and execute this MoU

Having a dedicated SGL pavilion will add immense charm to the show as visitors will get an opportunity to meet trendsetting diamond manufacturers in this pavilion.
