The acquisition significantly advances ServiceNow’s vision of putting AI to work for people by combining its trusted agentic AI and intelligent workflows with Moveworks’ intuitive front-end AI assistant, enterprise search, and agentic Reasoning Engine.

Together, ServiceNow and Moveworks will expand the capabilities of the ServiceNow AI Platform to transform how employees interact with work driving faster outcomes, accelerating AI adoption, and delivering intuitive, AI-native experiences at scale.
