Ranchi, October 15th 2025: Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi has announced the appointment of Lovely Kumari as the Rooms Division Manager. In her new role, Lovely will oversee the Rooms Division operations, ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency while fostering Marriott’s commitment to hospitality excellence in the region.

Lovely brings with her over Ten years of rich experience across renowned hospitality brands including Marriott International and Hyatt Regency. Her career journey reflects a consistent track record of leadership, innovation, and a deep passion for guest-centric service.

Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi, Lovely served as Front Office Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar, where she led the Rooms Division to achieve outstanding results in guest satisfaction and team engagement. Under her leadership, the property earned multiple accolades including Guest Voice of the Year 2024, Front Office Manager of the Year 2024, and Social Media Star of the Year 2024.

Her previous leadership roles include Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Thrissur, Deputy Front Office Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur, and managerial positions at JW Marriott Pune, Le Méridien Kochi, and Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar and Kochi Marriott She has won various awards like Business Council India Award-J W Marriott, Guest Voice Champion of the year, Social Media Champion of the year, brilliant host of the year and many more. 

Lovely has been honored at the Prestigious 19th Tourism, Travel & Hospitality India Award for outstanding leadership at Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar 2024.

A natural at handling diverse front office tasks, Lovely’s strong sense of responsibility and efficient team management continue to be assets she brings to her new role. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, she has a genuine love for interacting with people and a keen interest in exploring various cultures and traditions.

A graduate in Hotel Management from Mahamaya Technical University Noida, Lovely also holds a Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, and Tourism from Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training. She is known for her dynamic leadership, operational acumen, and commitment to mentoring young hospitality professionals.
