FICCI is organizing its flagship youth leadership event ‘Young Leaders Summit’, first time in Mumbai on 12th November at Hotel Taj Lands End. This milestone edition marks the Summit’s debut outside New Delhi, symbolizing the expansion of the FICCI Young Leaders Forum (FYL) to the nation’s financial and creative hub. The move underscores FICCI’s vision to take conversations on leadership, innovation, and youth-driven change to a broader, more diverse audience.

Over the years, the FICCI Young Leaders Summit has grown into one of India’s most influential forums for emerging leadership bridging the worlds of business, politics, technology, and culture.
The Summit in Mumbai will be inaugurated by Mr Ashish Shelar, Minister of Information Technology and Cultural Affairs, Government of Maharashtra. The inaugural session will also be addressed by Mr Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, President, FICCI and Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Emami Ltd., along with Mr Shashwat Goenka, Chair, FICCI Young Leaders Forum and Vice Chairman, RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group.
Other key leaders include Members of Parliament Mr Raghav Chadha, Mr Shrikant Eknath Shinde, and Mr Chandan Chauhan; Celebrity Chef Ranveer Brar; Wrestler Sangram Singh; Indraneel Chitale, Managing Partner at Chitale Bandhu; Anandmayee Bajaj, Managing Partner at Bajaj Group; Vasuki Punj, Founder of Frozen Fun Gelato; Rishikesh SR, Founder of Rapido; and Kunal Khambhati, Founder of District by Zomato, among others.
Throughout the day, delegates will engage in a series of sessions including startup policy and governance, artificial intelligence and the future of leadership, sustainable entrepreneurship, and creative economy innovation. The event will also witness speakers like Sumedha Chakraborty, Shruti Bhatia, and Rishabh Shroff, among many others sharing their thoughts. Curated fireside chats and next-generation leadership dialogues will offer candid, cross-sectoral perspectives on resilience, innovation, and purpose-driven success.
Adding to its forward-looking agenda, the 2025 edition will also mark the launch of new FICCI Young Leaders state chapters in Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka, a major step in expanding FYL’s presence and empowering young leaders across India’s regional ecosystems.
