New Delhi, Dec 30: Dvara Kshetriya Gramin Financial Services (Dvara KGFS), a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) committed to advancing financial inclusion in deep rural India, has announced the appointment of Mr. Ramaswamy Subramanian as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO).

Mr. Subramanian brings over 30 years of extensive cross-functional and cross-product experience spanning the BFSI and consumer loyalty sectors. His professional journey includes leadership roles across Product, Digital, Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Process Reengineering, Technology, and Business Solutions. Prior to joining Dvara KGFS, he led key product portfolios at Karnataka Bank and Suryoday Small Finance Bank.

His career also includes senior stints at HDFC Bank, Global Trust Bank, Reliance Mutual Fund, Reliance Capital, IndiaFirst Life Insurance, and AIMIA, the global leader in consumer loyalty solutions. In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Mr. Subramanian has been an entrepreneur in the digital lending space and has successfully launched and scaled multiple innovative product lines and business verticals.

Mr. Subramanian holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies (Finance) from Mumbai University. His appointment comes at a strategic time as Dvara KGFS continues to deepen its footprint across multiple states, leveraging an omni-channel, technology-enabled model to deliver customised financial solutions to rural and semi-urban households and micro-entrepreneurs.
