The Adani Group has expanded its strategic presence in Telangana with major investments across defense and aerospace, digital infrastructure, logistics, renewable energy, and cement manufacturing. The Group’s growing commitments were highlighted during the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 in Hyderabad, attended by Mr. Karan Adani.
Advancing India’s Defense and Aerospace Capabilities
Adani has established India’s first long-endurance UAV manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. The facility employs over 1,500 local youth and supports both domestic defense needs and international markets, marking a significant milestone in India’s aerospace ecosystem.
Boosting Digital Infrastructure with a Green Data Center
A 48 MW green data center, being developed at an investment of ₹2,500 crore, will enhance Telangana’s digital backbone. Designed to support AI, cloud computing, and high-performance digital operations, the facility reinforces the state’s position as a leading technology hub.
Improving Connectivity Through Roads and Logistics Infrastructure
With an investment of ₹4,000 crore, the Adani Group has delivered 100+ km of highways across Mancherial, Suryapet, Kodad, and Khammam districts. These projects significantly improve regional connectivity, streamline logistics, and enable faster movement of goods and services.
Expanding Cement Manufacturing Capacity
Adani Cement has strengthened its manufacturing footprint in Telangana with ₹2,000+ crore invested in facilities at Ganeshpahad, Tandur, and Devapur.
This expansion adds 7 MTPA to the state’s cement production capacity, supporting ongoing and future infrastructure development.
Economic Impact and Future Outlook
Over the past three years, the Adani Group has invested nearly ₹10,000 crore in Telangana, creating over 7,000 jobs and fostering a wide range of economic opportunities. The Group remains committed to deepening its collaboration with the state and driving long-term, sustainable growth.
