Osho Dham to Host Silence Retreat and Neo Reiki Programme from September 18–20

New Delhi, September 15, 2026In an effort to create spaces for meditation, inner awareness and holistic well-being, Osho Dham, New Delhi, will host two experiential programmes — ‘Osho Shunya Silence Retreat’ and ‘Osho Neo Reiki: The Art of Inner Healing’— from September 18 to 20, 2026.

The three-day programmes will offer participants an opportunity to step away from the pace and distractions of everyday life and explore different approaches to meditation, silence, awareness and inner healing. The Osho Shunya Silence Retreat, facilitated by Swami Premgeet, will focus on the experience of silence and meditation. The retreat is aimed at creating an environment where participants can move away from external noise and turn their attention towards their inner experience.

“In our everyday lives, we are constantly surrounded by noise, information and activity. Silence is not merely the absence of sound; it can become a doorway to greater awareness and a deeper understanding of oneself. The Shunya Silence Retreat is an invitation to pause, be present and experience what emerges when we allow ourselves to simply be,” said Swami Premgeet, facilitator of the retreat

Alongside the silence retreat, Osho Dham will conduct ‘Osho Neo Reiki: The Art of Inner Healing’, facilitated by Swami Dhyan Akhil. The programme will explore Neo Reiki in the context of inner healing, meditation and awareness, offering participants an experiential approach to personal well-being.

Speaking about the programme, Swami Dhyan Akhil, facilitator of Osho Neo Reiki, said, “Healing is not only about addressing what is visible on the surface; it is also about becoming aware of our inner state. Neo Reiki provides an opportunity to explore the relationship between energy, awareness and meditation, helping participants turn their attention inward and discover a more balanced way of being.”

The programmes come at a time when meditation and mindfulness practices are increasingly being explored as ways of creating greater balance amid demanding professional and personal lifestyles. Unlike conventional workshops that focus primarily on information, experiential retreats encourage participants to engage directly with practices of awareness and meditation.

Interested participants can find registration details and updates through Osho World website. With growing interest in mental wellness and holistic healing practices across urban India, both these events are expected to draw participants from across the region seeking a pause from routine and a deeper connection with themselves.
